The Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver reported total debts exceeding $3.45 million in documents submitted to the Northern District of Texas bankruptcy court.
Rice owes $979,837 to Kathryn Kuykendall, a victim of the 2024 high-speed crash in Dallas. That sum is part of a $1 million settlement reached in April 2025. He also lists a combined $1.3 million owed to five other crash victims, including Kamlesh Desai, Charles Bush Jr., Edward Petrovskiy, Irina Gromova, and Kayla Quinn.
The filing includes a disputed $200,000 claim from Dacoda Jones, Rice's former girlfriend. Jones sued him earlier this year for alleged physical and mental abuse. Rice's assets total $677,054, which includes $421,825 in deferred compensation and his Super Bowl LVIII ring valued at $160,000.
Rice is in the final year of a four-year rookie contract worth $6.4 million. He pleaded guilty to third-degree felony charges related to the 2024 crash. He received five years of probation and 30 days in jail, serving an additional 30 days after testing positive for THC while on probation.
