Homeowners and developers in Fargo, West Fargo, and Moorhead approved $12.4 million in new construction and renovation projects on Nov. 6. The local governments released a list of building permits that details the specific locations, contractors, and estimated values for the work. The total figure reflects a mix of new housing, residential upgrades, and commercial improvements across the three cities. This volume of permitted activity indicates sustained demand for both new living spaces and modernized existing structures in the region.
In Fargo, Brookstone Companies led residential development with permits for 12 new townhomes. Each townhome project at 51st St. S. carries an estimated value of $151,000.
